Construction Update: What’s Happening On Site

We have hit another big milestone. The asphalt binder layer is underway and will be completed this week. In addition, power transformers and street lights are planned for the first week of February. After that, we are set to move into vertical construction beginning in February/March 2026.

This is the stage where the project starts to feel real, fast. If you have been thinking about ownership, now is the right time to get up to speed because pre-construction pricing and early selection opportunities are limited and will close out as we move forward.
