  • In any transaction for the sale and purchase of land with or without improvements, be it residential or commercial, the realtor plays out a large number of roles indispensable to the success consummation of the deal. These roles include, but are not limited to, that of a market educator, information provider, negotiator, problem solver, financial services educator, and an intermediary with legal counsel for both Purchaser and Seller, and the resolution of either real or perceived hindrance(s) to a successful consummation of a transaction/deal.
